Accomodation
Our Safari Camp is steeped in African tradition offering our guests a luxurious tented camp with en-suite bathrooms. Located on the bank of a dry riverbed, it overlooks the picturesque bush veld.
You’ll enjoy a sundowner by the fire while watching wildlife frequent at nearby waterhole. Twenty-six species of game roam this beautiful area of savannah plains, rolling hills with acacia trees and indigenous shrubs.
Home-cooked meals are provided as well as refreshments to your needs. We guarantee a very comfortable and unforgettable safari.

Based upon the recommendation of a friend who’s been to Africa multiple times, my two sons and I booked a plains game safari with Dirk de Bod in June 2026. It was without a doubt the hunt of a lifetime. The three of us were the only group in camp, which is their custom. The accommodations were comfortable, the food was excellent and the entire staff was outstanding. Dirk and his son Dirk Jr. were the best guides I’ve ever hunted with. Their ability to judge and measure animals was remarkable. The driving and stalking of the plains game was fun and challenging as they only allow trophy animals to be harvested.
I loved the mountains in this area and like hunting that terrain. I have hunted with Dirk and Dirky his son in Namibia. The accommodation is great. As a bow hunter it is of most importance that your PH has bow hunting experience so you will be set up in blinds that are set up for bow hunting.
